About Be the Change Health and Wellness
Your Space for Healing

My Intention
My intention is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can simply arrive as you are.
I believe meaningful transformation begins within. Through mindful, heart-centered practices, I offer space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, peel back the layers, and gently explore what may be ready for healing, growth, or change.
Whether you are seeking emotional clarity, deeper connection, personal growth, or simply a place to breathe and come back to yourself, my intention is to meet you where you are and support you in moving forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
At the heart of Be the Change is the belief that we each hold an incredible capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. My role is to hold space, offer supportive tools, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
Come as you are. There is space for you here.
A little bit about Whitney

Whitney Yeaton
Owner
Hi, I’m Whitney — the heart behind Be the Change Health and Wellness.
I live in the beautiful Annapolis Valley with my fiancé, Denny, and our French Bulldog, Alfie, who has become a familiar (and very loved) little presence to many of my clients. Outside of my work, I love being at home, spending time with the people I love, being near the ocean, travelling and camping, cooking, learning, and finding little ways to bring more intention and connection into everyday life.
My own life has been a journey of growth, change, healing, and continually getting to know myself on a deeper level. That journey is a big part of what led me to the work I do today and why creating spaces where people can feel safe, supported, and truly themselves means so much to me.
Over the years, I have trained in a variety of holistic healing practices, including ThetaHealing®, Reiki, Access Bars®, Elemental Breathwork, sound healing, meditation, Indian Head Massage, astrology, and the facilitation of women’s circles, ceremonies, workshops, and retreats. I love being able to draw from these different practices and intuitively create experiences that meet people where they are.
In September 2026, I’ll also begin an exciting new chapter as a full-time student at Acadia University, completing my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. My intention is to continue into graduate studies in counselling and work toward becoming a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT).
For me, this doesn’t mean leaving holistic wellness behind. It feels like an expansion of everything I have already spent years learning, practising, and loving. My hope is to one day bring these worlds together — combining professional counselling with a holistic approach that recognizes the connection between our minds, bodies, emotions, experiences, and overall well-being.
As Be the Change moves into its own new chapter, my offerings are becoming more personal and intimate too. I’ll be working from my home-based space, while continuing to offer pop-ups, circles, breathwork, sound healing, retreats, workshops, and other opportunities to gather and connect.
I’m so glad you’re here. 🤍
